Thank you NM, i am happy you replied. Sorry i exaggerated by the word OVERNIGHT, i am just hungry for RV. All i need from you is a guide line as an experienced RVer that you are. I want to know what is working from what is not cos i don't want to waste my time practicing what will not work. From my research i discovered that binaural beats (brainwave entrainment) quickens the process, i do not know how authentic it is. All i need is guide lines; when to practice how long to practice at a time how to practice what to do etc. . . Thank you Nomad
