Hi ezzolucid. I've been reading the free vesion of Michael Reduga book. Why do you recommend the paid version as opposed to the free one? How much difference is there and why would it be better? I have had only limited success with LD's without using Galantamine. Being 66 years old means I may not have the easiest time with LD'ing because of chemical changes in the brain. The other night I woke up and automatically started to try to separate from my physical body. Without having to go through the cycles, I found myself in a nice but short LD where I did my task of looking in a mirror. Because of that experience, I've decided to persue the book's approach. I was initially not interested because I was not used to the terminology he uses. The approach is very similar to other DEILD approaches I've read about, but seems more thorough. In any case, any information you can give me or suggestions regarding his techniques would be appreciated.
