3 Years Since my last post

Well.. this is a foundational platform where my journey into self development began. Lucid dreaming.

Its been so long since I last posted here. But Ive been on a string of amazing dreams. The kind of clear, lucid, and perfectly arranged dreams that distract you all throughout the day because they are just that much better than ordinary life.

They all have a hint of sexuality in them, but also teach valuable learning experiences. Theyve all been so amazing, full of connection, full of love, full of orgasm, lol.

Its good to know that after all these years, Ive come so far. My dreams used to be fuzzy, seemingly meaningless, and full of malice. Chaotic and bewildering storylines.

Having blissmares back after back is absolutely enlivening. It gets to the point where you wake up and see the world in a different way. You want to help this world to become as beautiful as the dreams you have, and you simply can no longer contribute to anything that may get in that way. I no longer argue or make poor decisions. I smile more. I care more. I have a light inside me.

It feels so good. So if you are practicing this skill, keep it up, even when it seems like it is going nowhere. Keep progressing and practicing. Youll get there eventually. It took me three years, and now Im back to post on how wonderful this journey has been (and still is). Im excited about going to sleep tonight, and experiencing all the wonderfulness of my inner mind. But first, I have to earn it. I have to work hard and make this world a better place.

One day, they will both come together. This reality and my dreams, and I wont have to wait any longer. It will be constant bliss.

Live your life right now, when your awake. And you will find it easier to live in your dreams as well.

I used to think about how 8 hours a night, I wouldnt remember anything. It would be like 1/3rd of my life was being wasted. I had no recollection. Now those 8 hours seem like eternity, and I get more out of them than I ever thought I would in years, in just one night. Sleep is wonderful now.

Just remember, if youre not here now or wherever you want to be, keep learning, keep practicing. Keep going. Youll get there. Its a wonderful journey.

And after you get there, you will keep going, to even more wonderful places..

My success, and yours (maybe) too!

Ive been practicing lucid dreaming for a little bit over 2 months now and ive had around 30 lucid dreams overall. Last night, I had 5 lucid dreams. Id say this is a hard to compare with success. I use several methods with great results. I dont even follow a steady sleep schedule. Here they are:

    1. Pay attention to the world around you. Keep an alert mind. Focus visually on the different patterns and shapes in the objects around you. This helps form a distinction between reality and dreams.

    2. Try to notice when you wake up. Dont open your eyes. Just lay there and think about a dreamscape. If you make this reflex, your mind will automatically chain lucid dreams together. The dreams will be easy to distinguish from reality because you had previously thought of them. They are your creation and you are going to grasp on to them. You will become lucid. Also, try to get into your 4th rem stage, wherever that is for you. It usually begins at around 6 and a half hours of sleep for me. This is where you will have the most satisfying lucid dreams. If I try to wild before getting any sleep, i can do it, but the dream is fuzzy and last only a couple minutes. wait until your rem periods are full and complete.

    3. What have you been doing with your life? Is your life complete? Are you holding off on your daily responsibilities? I find that my mind will only allow me to lucid dream once I have a sound mind. Otherwise, i just get dreams that express much symbolism, usually, after deciphering them, saying "Youre doing this wrong, and this isnt working out". So get a better grip on reality, and your mind will allow you to relax. You dont have to fix all of your problems until you start having many lucid dreams, just get a start on them. Let your mind know that you arent playing around anymore, you are going to fix things. Then you will have peace adequate to give leave to your dreaming mind, and you will be able to experiment as you wish.

These are just my own personal findings. Who knows for who else they will work. Give them a try, and tell me about, if any, the successes you have.

    Nightmare

by Fake on 08-27-2010 at 04:04 PM
I was in a car, in the back seat, riding down a peaceful country hillside somewhere in either Alaska or Canada. The houses and trees seemed to close in on me a in a way that was haunting yet extremely comforting. It felt like a fairytale with a tinge of danger, making it all the more exciting. I was focusing on this amazing scenery, and soon it began to snow. I focused intently on the snow and the dream became very vivid. Suddenly...

The snow disappeared. I was now on a highway. It seemed there were police cars and medical vehicles up ahead, but I had an ominous feeling that there was more to it, and I was afraid to find out. I had the intent of waiting to get closer so that I could get more of an idea of what it was, yet as soon as this thought crossed my mind, there was a sci-fi sonic explosion about 40 feet in front of the car, the driver lost control and we swerving off the road when a green sphere going at a high speed past by. We had to pull over and I knew that something even more terrible was about to happen. All of this seemed so real and scary due to my focus on the snowflakes beforehand, and the feeling of danger I felt became extremely alive. All in all, it woke me up, leaving me afraid of returning to dreamland.

    Forgotten Dream

by Fake on 08-12-2010 at 04:25 PM
I woke up this morning and remembered a dream that I had. It was amazing. I was planning to write it down so that I would never forget it....but after I slept in for a couple more minutes. I woke up only 5 minutes later and had absolutely no recall of what the dream was about. I feel like Ive lost something special, and I regret it.
