      Hello Gab,

My name is Achilleas Pavlou and I am a PhD researcher at University of Essex and I am investigating Lucid Dreaming. Would it be possible to allow me to post a study link which is investigating individual differences in LD frequency? I can't seem to post anything until 7 days have passed. Thank you for your help in the matter

    Random DILD - finally

by gab on 05-12-2019 at 03:18 AM
Last night, bed at 8 pm - 4am

I'm talking to someone sitting on my left, when I say "wait a minute, something...." And I start counting my fingers. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5,... there is more of them, and some are getting longer. I know I'm dreaming and I'm happy to have recognized this sensation again. I remember my past "realizations".

    1. I'm walking at night, yelling out loud "look how it's bright, there is sun..."and similar, to make night change into day. No luck.
    2. As I'm walking, I see a yellow full moon on my left. I'm surprised, because everytime I look for it, I can't find it, or it disappears. I decide to fly there, as I always want to, but I'm really going anywhere. Flying, or just hovering. I stop trying.
    3. I yell out loud some mantras, which I can't remember now.
    4. I wanted to do something, so I decide to pull my eye out, like in one of the older tasks of the month. I lift my hand, get to my eye, but I get grossed out and change my mind. I pull on my cheek instead. It stretches and it doesn't feel good. Im satisfied that I did something.
    5. Lots of sex at the end.
    6. I'm laying down, watching my dream continue on a black and white, old TV. Knowing, that my lucidity is over.

    Leveling up - Limbo

by gab on 04-19-2019 at 05:08 AM
I'm sitting in a chair in my new office. 2 other people are sitting there as well. One is someone I know, the other one, female, is an employee who worked there for a while. She tells me that in my chair used to sit one of the smartest people of the planet. I ask her "he must have told you the secret of life, why we are here, or what is this place?" She giggled and said yes. I went on asking, if this is for real, as in real life, or something else. She said "yeah, something else, we are in Limbo. I understood that as we are "neither here, nor there. We are in between."

Next thing I know, I'm entering a large, industrial elevator. Some people I know change their minds and get off, but I stay. We are going up, to 7. floor. I'm thinking in my mind "level up, go up". Thinking that I'm on a journey higher up spiritually. I hear a voice saying to all of us, that there maybe things up there we will not understand, but it's ok, just go with it. I get off the elevator, and everybody there has big muscles and they are flexing them. In a middle there is a fighting rink, people are chanting "ka-ra-te".

Somewhere during this time, I thought I understood the message and tried to "level up spiritually". I was thinking "go up, level up" and I started to feel strong head vibrations and a buzz of the transition. But then I felt the strong need to know where is my bed and where is the door to my place and that took me out of the transition. : (

    WILD finally

by gab on 03-12-2019 at 04:32 AM
Last wednesday I finally WILDed again.

2x4 GM and 3x300 Alpha GPC. Took it before morning nap.

Fell asleep and woke up disappointed. Went back to sleep. Was talking to someone, when I realized I could be asleep and decided to stand up. Walked into a dream.

It's been a while, so I grabbed first dude and had fun with him a few times. Then I decided to go for a flight. Looked up, saw some stars and started to fly towards them. Lost lucidity soon after.

    Talking to an occuring presence.

by gab on 03-12-2019 at 04:27 AM
Wow. 3 part dream last night. I fully woke up between then even used the restroom. Yet, the dream continued every time.

I have this recurring dream, in which I become aware of a presence in the house I'm in. Most of the time it's by door being held shut by an incredibly strong force, but I'm always able to open it. Or something else happens. It's always very scary.

So last night in a dream, I'm alone, asleep in my mom's bedroom. I see the door which is ajar, open a bit more, and the door handle to move back up a bit, as if it was let go by someone who pushed it down to open the door. I walk up but there is nobody. I'm scared, so I go downstairs to my aunts. As I knock on her door, I realize all I have on my is my tshirt and undies. I hear her husband giving her directions to not open the door if it's "that yellow guy from neighbors" and someone else. She finally lets me in and I ask her to sleep over until my parents return.
I woke up after part one, thought about the dream, then went back to sleep.

    PART 2
I woke up from second part and I again thought about how weird it is that the dream continued. But when I got up in the morning, I couldn't remember the second part at all. I used the restroom and went back to sleep.

    PART 3
I'm in a different house than in part one, but I recognize it as my parents house. By now, I am communicating with the presence. We must have started to communicate in the second part, which I don't remember. The lights start to dim and I ask the presence to keep them on until we decide to turn them off. He complies.

I think we start to talk when someone hears a sound. Asks what is that, and we hear a voice. Male voice is talking about not being happy about some trees being cut in the small forest across the street. We tell him we are sorry about that as well, but they dried out and died, so they had to be cut. He is satisfied with our answer.

I always walk into another room when I want to talk to him. I ask "Are you still here?" And a young male voice answers "yes. why do you keep asking, I'm only gonna be here for 15-20 more days." I'm a bit apprehensive about taking to him, because I'm not sure why is he there, what's his intent and if he is good or bad. His clear voice surprises me.

I wonder how will my dreams about this be from now on. Because now I'm kinda thinking that it's not a bad thing. It just is.

    False memory; Saving someone

by gab on 01-04-2019 at 06:19 PM
This was about a week ago. Very nice, long, detailed dream, with lots of background info in the dream.

I'm on a quiet street on a hill, in an old, established neighborhood with small houses and lots of trees and greens. Someone is suppose to be driving me to or from there, but there is a delay. I'm suddenly overcome with memories and realization, that the house I'm looking at, is the first house I have lived in after arriving to this country. I know the street name, I recognize the backyard with some small wooden platform serving as a patio. I recognize the tall trees around it. I know that the staircase leading from the front door is a curvy one, going down into the house. I don't want to visit the room I used to live in, because a ghost lives there. As I'm looking around, I'm remembering more and more details. After I wake up, I know this was all a false memory.

We go down the hill to the coast. Shore is a bit rocky, but there are a lot of people playing in the ocean. A small inflatable boat overturns and we wait for people to swim up, but they never show up. I'm scared to jump in the water, which is kinda choppy. But everybody stepped back, so I dive in. I want to swim under the water to the people under the overturned boat, but I surface and swim like that instead. I yell at a passing by canoe to stop and help, but they don't. I fully expect to just flip the boat upside down and see the people there in the air pocket. But my dream ends soon after I get a good feeling from saving them, but before I actually get to them. I know they are safe.
