      Hello! I scanned over your DILD workbook and noticed we are using similar techniques(I love MILD) often talking to someone about lucid dreaming can increase the likelihood of having ld's and can help keep motivation up because I find it hard getting motivation to frequently preform my daily lding practices haha also I am still a noob lucid dreamer but I have learnt a thing or two about MILD so pretty much feel free to talk to me or pm me anytime you want about LDing if you like, and let's become better at lucid dreaming!
