    1. Hi there! It's too early to tell. It can take a good 30 days for autosuggestion to have its desired effect. The first night I recalled 7 dreams and I was so excited I didn't get much sleep the next two nights! :-) Even with much less sleep I still recalled 3 & 2 dreams the following nights and then 1 night where I was dead tired and had no recall. Last night I recalled 3 and one was extremely high detail.

I'll give it a full 30 days and compare the results to my first 3 weeks of recall without such a rigorous approach. Over that period I averaged 2.5 recalled dreams per night. It should be interesting to see if there is a difference, however unless it's stark I'm not sure I'll be able to say it's exclusively the result of autosuggestion or simply more practice recalling and journaling.

Technically speaking, the justice system administers punishment as a disincentive against future transgression, not as revenge. So justice and revenge are two very distinct things. The prior...

For me it varies. I've had dreams that seem to span days and I've had dreams that seem to track pretty tightly with how time passes while awake. As dolphin said and my own personal experience is...

This isn't a dream, but... Maybe it was a waking dream of the future? There are some things that just can't be explained or rationalized. Here's one. Back in 1979 when I did a lot of psychedelics,...

It can but doesn't have to. There are lots of shades of gray between total attachment & aversion and total lack of attachment and aversion. I don't think there's anything particularly wrong with...

I think it's probably a moot point on this forum. I'll also say I've joined a couple of forums dedicated to meditation when I first became more serious, and it doesn't take Likes, Achievement Icons...

From your OP I assume you're seated while meditating? One thing I know is if I allow myself to slouch forward it shallows out breathing and can lead to drowsiness. Also if I let go of breath and...
