Biography:

I began lucid dreaming when I was four. I have always suffered from insomnia and it took me hours to fall asleep at night. Eventually I learned to lucid dream by imagining fantasy dreams that I wanted to experience. I learned to convert falling dreams to flying dreams. And I have lucid dreams for close to 40 years. In the last 10 years these dreams have exploded exponentially in volume. I experienced a TBI. Since then I lose the dream five or six nights out of every seven. I wake myself up frequently get up, go to the bathroom, have a drink of water and go back to sleep and back to the lucid dream which is now progressed a period of time. Sometimes these scenarios last days or even weeks not repeating that continuing as if a life. I often and unable to sleep for 4 to 7 days straight. The extreme, violent, psychedelic lucid dreams that occur once I do fall asleep last only hours.
