My main method is MILD and I feel everyone should work very hard on MILD. Gab is a great dream guide to suggest MILD tricks. She is co-teaching a course on it in DVA. I also do a lot of WILDs but feel that WILD takes a lot of meditative skills. It can be very frustrating for new dreamers. It is powerful and useful, but should never replace a solid foundation in MILD.
