Ah, cool. What are you painting? I'm doing well, I'm just relaxing tonight. DV and Netflix, pretty much my life.

Hey lucidboy, thanks for the add

      Have a nice day..
    4. Sorry for the short essay lol, i always have so much to say about my dreaming
I hope any of this helps
    5. In addition to this, i am also very consistent with my dreaming practices and techniques. I keep my labtop right next to my head when i sleep with my dream journal open and dated to that night so in the middle of the night all i have to do is grab my labtop and put it in my lap and start typing. I WBTB every night, and do a lot of meditation. Right before you fall asleep is when your mind is most susceptible to autosuggestion, so i always use that time to focus on my intentions to remember that I'm dreaming. This is why counting as you fall asleep (1. Im dreaming, 2. Im dreaming...) is effective.
    6. I use a tantric dream yoga technique which is essentially just understanding that you are always dreaming. It is hard to truly believe at first, but think about it this way: dreams and reality are often defined not by what they are, but what they are not. Dreams are defined as something that is not real, and reality is defined as something that is real and not a dream. However any lucid dreamer knows that our dreams are just as real as the physical world. Our dreams are just a different reality, which is also another way to say that our waking life is just a different dream. At first this is how i "believed" that i was always dreaming, however after doing it for such a long time its become a much more insightful and useful understanding of life and reality.
    7. Well Ive wondered the same thing to be honest... i think part of it might be natural, as my interest in lucid dreaming was sparked by an incredibly vivid lucid dream (even to this day) that i had one night, before i even knew what lucid dreaming was. The next day i spent reading everything i could about lucid dreaming and how i could learn to do it again, but did not have another one for 6 months when i tried every night.

Part of it might be natural, but i think the biggest reason i have so many LDs is my entire lifestyle has changed because of my dreams. Im very spiritual (i don't like the word religious) and feel a stronger connection with life in my dreams.

Hi! ^^ I just wanted to know if LD's come naturally to you, or if you use some sort of technique?
