      Thanks this actually really helped me I have had 2more lucid dreams now :-) and I have another question on dc because in one of the lucid dreams the dc just stopped and stared at me they looked completely blank and that was before I was lucid then when I became lucid I shouted I am dreaming and they all disappeared?? :-)

      Emtybucket- if you're having trouble falling asleep after the cycles I would say when you get up to your alarm don't even get out of bed and only stay awake for a couple minutes before your attempt.....
