      Hiya!

Summer doesn't seem to be willing to step aside over here this year. It's still raging on with temps in the high twenties! It kind of cheeses me off to be honest because Autumn is my favourite time of year and it still feels like bloody July here!
As for LDs I got nothing! I even bought an REM Dreamer and still no luck. I think it's going to take me years of lots of practice

Maybe 2012 will bring us more joy?

I'm glad to hear you're having some success! Keep at it I shall definitely look into this AT business... thank you for the tip! I read somewhere recently that the more sun a person gets during the day, the more likely they are to have clear and vivid dreams - so that blows my winter summer theory out of the water - lol
Anyway. Glad to see you're still skulking around. Sweet dreams

Bah! I am sorry to hear about your dry patch! Maybe once the fall and winter come back around, and there are deeper longer nights, you will have better luck.
As for me? *grumpy face* I am still getting nowhere. Life has gotten a little more busy so less time to concentrate on dreaming, but I still hang in there, doing what I can, when I can. Still no real lucids though...
I guess summers are more for waking reality, and winters are for dream time!

Lucidreaman liked post by sugarpeaches On thread : Stupidest Ways You've Missed Becoming Lucid
I had a dream a couple of days ago that had me feeling ridiculous when I woke up. I was washing dishes with my boyfriend and I kept turning to him and saying, "Brett, this is ridiculous. We don't...

Lucidreaman liked post by FryingMan On thread : Do supplements REALLY work for Lucid Dreaming?
Not only desensitization, but with overuse you may risk altering your brain chemistry, perhaps permanently, which is not good.

Lucidreaman liked post by Hilary On thread : The Eternal Authority
Here's what I think, and you're welcome to disagree (not just in response to Occipitalred, but I do want to use your quote). Something can't exist without it having been created. That doesn't mean...

Lucidreaman liked post by FryingMan On thread : Do supplements REALLY work for Lucid Dreaming?
Yes, they work. But everyone's physiobiology is different, every's sleep and dreaming is different, so you have to find out for yourself. When experimenting, always start out with one supplement...

Lucidreaman liked post by Labyrinthus On thread : How to awaken during sleep for obe4u method / what to do mentally while awake
Once you have the vibrations you absolutely do NOT physically roll over. You roll out in the subtle body. If you are in the vibration stage you are 90% there and a simple intention to gently roll to...

This was my most recent WILD/ DEILD which was one of the strangest I’ve experienced… I awake from a previous lucid dream but barely. My eyes are heavy and I’m so exhausted that I can barely hold...

I'll leave this one up to you to decide. I decide to try the TOTM task - have fun with your clone. My plan for this is to use a mirror to clone myself, pulling my image towards me. And maybe...

In Jungian dream work, 'The Shadow' is one of the essential archetypes. The Shadow represents all of the unknown, repressed, or undesirable traits about ourselves. Not all of it is bad, but perhaps...

For sure! I have messed up many times grabbing at a sexy woman only to find out they react much as we would here. My go to when I am not sure is to sit down and look down then say out loud "I mean no...
