This happens to me if i grind out games to much and fast. I remember once it happend with tetris. I was one with the blocks. Creepy as hell.

Sorry, but what you describing is not SP. They are normal sensations that we feel when our body is shutting down and falling asleep. Normally we don't experience it, because our mind falls asleep...

You basically do the same thing even if you haven't realized it - instead of floating or rolling, you sink, so you come out in another dream body. As long as you don't struggle to move, you're ok.
