    These are non lucid dream

    1° dream: I'm at acquapark.. there' is My friend father and i ask him "is too deep the water?" he said to me "no go and have fun this pool has different water flush & even hi-fi stereo" i watch with perplexity first but the environment carry away my attention and when i jump in the water i began to float in the water. e the different spectacular waterflush go in my eyes... i was in proximity of realizing to be in the dream cause of the double consciousness.. eye dream-phisical dream... but then...TaDa.. false awakening in the next dream...

    2°dream: i'm in my bedroom at grandma's home liying in bed. i'm going (for no known reason) to do split.. at the begin i was inable but few second later the leg split completely and i feel a freedom in the body.. & then i difficult wake up cause of the inability ofopening eyes.... Mmmhhh probably i have to adjust my mental predisposition to do DEILD.....

    Yeah for me that's enough i am trying to do ADA these days and i can definitely says that work very well cause i have did this 1yrs ago and have plenty of dreams & lucid.
