Hi, nice to meet you. Thanks for the complement, what's happening?

Sorry it took so long to respond. But you're right, non-dreamers don't get it, because we are all of us dreamers, anyone who thinks they aren't is truly lost.

Well I've been reading about how people have used apple juice to increase their dream recall, and since it's theorized that it is linked to the anti-oxidants, I've been drinking grape/apple/pomegranate/blueberry/blackberry juice when my alarms go off, and it seems to be working though last night I didn't remember any dreams at all.
I visit the city about four times a year. It's odd and I'd really like to be lucid when I do, so that's something to look forward to. Do you have any recurring dreams or dream-plots? Mine are usually crisis-driven with me as the hero saving all from peril, though I sometimes find myself in peril also.
I find that remembering dreams adds a feeling of extra time to my existence, though when lucid this time is as real as any memory.
      Hope that all makes sense

Hi there, glad you took the time to read my dream journal and to message me! Here are your answers:
      1. The dreams I have had in this city are few, but the city is always the same each time I 'visit'.
      2. My dream recall is what I'd call better than average as I can remember most dreams I've had throughout my entire life. But since I've been taking juice during the night my dreams have gotten more complex, vivid and lengthy on average than before. I average about 1 a night, but lately (last 4 nights) it's been 3 per night.
      3. My dreams are mostly situational rather than surroundings oriented. But the surroundings are often more intimate than a city or a jungle, so mostly like a home or a building, or a certain spot in nature.

      Hope that helps.
