    Biography:
    I've been lucid dreaming since I was a very young child. My skill developed as a way to combat nightmares and went on to become an important part of my everyday waking life. Lucid dreaming is for me a spiritual practice that teaches so much about the waking world and about my own mind and its (un)limits. I've also taught several lucid dreaming workshops over the past few years.
