    I started Lucid dreaming 20 years ago but have never been consistant. Only in the last 3 months have I been putting energy into trying to induce lucid dreams. I've had 3 since June but only one with good control. All have been spontaneous.

    I'm here to learn to induce lucid dreaming,keep controlled and I'm very interested in talking to my subconscious.
