    1. Wow, great info! This was exactly what I was thinking I needed to do, and had just started trying to work on this idea of the "small thought in the back of the head, at all times". Your words describe it very well... gives me some confidence that I'm on the right track! Its kinda hard stumbling around trying to figure out what works, and some of these concepts are hard to describe... good job in articulating it!
    2. Hey rothgar, sorry for the delay on answering :x

I'd say it looks good so far already. You've built the habit which is already enough to provide you lucids. How do you strike for awareness during the day? At some point, the goal is to keep awareness in the background of your mind. The more present it is, the more lucids you will get. Let's say you reality check X times a day. It provides you with the occasional actions of questioning reality when you dream, and that's what's giving you that lucid every week. But if you stick with the "all-time rc" aka, keeping a small thought "I could be dreaming any time" your brain will alert you on its own. Good luck

Are you a DILD lucid dreamer? I am curious how often you LD. Reason I ask is that this is my only method. I have been averaging 1 a week for about 3 months since I started. No improvement, really. Its like I still cant figure out how to improve this. Each time it seems like luck. My goals right now are reasonable I think... twice a week... is it reasonable with RCs and intent before bed? Any suggestions? How does awareness training work for you?
