    Long time Lucid dreamer. In the 80's - 90's lucid dream several times a week. Worked alot on develpeing my dreaming attention and abilities. Founded the lucid dreaming forum on CompuServe in 1991. Was involved with the Monroe Instuite for awhile. Then shifted my focus to my waking life dreaming for the last 14 years. Just now getting back into bring my attention back into my lucid dreaming. Excited to find this forum.
