Also after posting to you yesterday i think i had a lucid dream. I was aware that i was asleep but also aware of my surroundings and i forced myself out to wake up because i felt stuck. But it was such struggle. Do u have any advice for what to do next time itme it happens?

Thanks for your quick reply. Ok i know exactly what i want to ask. There seems to be a link between meditating, the occult and satanism/kabbala/the dark side etc. I juat want a true answer to if that is where this is leading or do i have a choice to use my understanding gained for good aswell as evil. I have no intention of goin down the satanist route or the black magic route.
