It's all about finding out about the feeling.
Imagine the first or second time you became Lucid. You take that feeling with you and you can pretty much feel how a dream feels like.
Sorry for the weird explanation ^_^..

But But in my opinion having a dream and then realizing that you're dreaming gives you a special feeling, which can be ''extracted'' so to say. So when you go to sleep you think about when you had your first/second lucid dream and try to just find all the details about your dream.
I got a lot of tips to give you, also like if you're ever paranoid that you see paranormal things like.. Ehm ghosts etc I dno. Then you can do a reality check everytime you feel scared or believe that you saw something out of the ordinary.
That is a very very good method in my opinion. I watch a lot of horror movies, so from time to time I feel ''scared''(Not really scared, but kinda paranoid or something I dno) do a realitycheck.
