    Don't know if I'm a lucid dreamer, but since I was three or four I've had vivd, movie-like dreams with colour and sound. I've recent ly started experiencing touch, taste and smell in my dreams too. They are usually continuous dreams and I don't wake up till the end. I dream even during cat naps.
