So I was visiting my Dad and Christie. Dad wasn't home because he was hanging out with some work buddies. Christie was kind of upset because Dad had apparently been spending a lot of time with him lately, and they had been drinking a lot together. Christie and I had a feeling that Dad was having an affair with the guy. I asked Christie if Dad had ever cheated on him before, and she got sad and nodded "yes". Then Dad came back from his friend's house. I had brought some cross stitch work with me, and had accidentally brought a piece I had made for my friend's birthday. He asked to see it. He asked "how much does the fabric tape cost?" I replied "About 2 or 3 dollars." And he asked "How much does the thread cost?" I said about 75 cents," and he asked "What about the canvas bookmark?" I replied "about 2 or 3 dollars". He then ripped it down the middle and laughed at me. I then yelled at him "And about 50 hours of work!"
Here, I thought of Renee and her views on forgiveness and justice. In the past I would have just taken it, he would have told me to suck it up or something, and of course I would never bring it up, call him out on it, or demand an apology. But I was so indignant I could not believe it. I started packing up my stuff. He was like "What are you doing?" I didn't even reply to him or look at him; I was packing up my stuff and getting ready to take an Uber to the airport to go back home. I was going to Uber because I didn't even want to be in he same car as him if he drove me. I was DONE. He was like "it's not a big deal. It's just a cross stitch". I said something like "If you want to ever see me again, you will apologize and make this right by me right. now. I will never call you again. You will be out of my life forever unless you apologize and atone right now." I could tell that kind of hit him, but he didn't apologize, so I put on roller blades (what? I haven't roller bladed in years lol) and tried to find a good spot away from the house to meet an Uber.
As I was rolling along looking for a good place, I was talking to Renee on the phone, and I was going under a tunnel, and a musical duo was playing under the tunnel. One guy was on bagpipes and the other playing the drums. I woke up shortly after this.

I was an old guy rotting away in a dungeon in which I had apparently been for a long, long time. This was a dungeon of Tobias Forge, the front man of the band Ghost. Even as a prisoner of his, I still loved the band. I overheard Forge say that at some hidden point, somewhere in the United States, he buried a capsule. In this capsule would be information one could use to get exclusive band merch, tickets, an exclusive EP, and perhaps even become a member of Ghost. I figured the capsule would be buried on the land on which I was imprisoned, because it was Ghost's main property. I looked out the window of the cell, and sure enough there looked like what was a recently buried hole! I bent the bars on my cell and escaped! I went outside, dug, and found the capsule. Inside was only a slip of paper with a person's name: Nick something (I don't remember the last name). I was excited because I thought this was the person I needed to contact to get the sweet Ghost stuff. At this point, I was "me" in the dream instead of the old, weak person. I walked down to a coffee shop, and a person was there with a Ghost CD I'd never seen before. I asked if he was Nick, and he said he was. He got to Forge's capsule first, left a note, and reburied the capsule. My old boss Doug was there talking with Nick, and Doug and I had a really awkward handshake; our fingers kept getting intertwined when we tried to shake hands. It took about three tries before we got a good handshake. I remember feeling pretty upset because the odds of me finding the capsule were very high, because I was right there on the property, and also the odds that some other Ghost fan was in the same area right when Forge announced the capsule's existence were extremely small.

Second dream. Renee asked me to go to a park down the street and catch some insects to feed to our tarantula. I found what looked like two juvenile Madagascar hissing cockroaches and put them in a cup to bring home. I then had my first false awakening in years! In real life, my cell phone got a notification, and I was expecting a text from my sister-in-law. FA: I grabbed my phone to check the text, but it wasn't a text, but an email asking me if I wanted a job being park manager at the place I had just captured the roaches in my dream. I think I basically realized it was an FA right away, then woke up for real.

It's somewhat common for me to kind of "jump good" in my dreams, and easily leap over houses and onto telephone poles and stuff. So I was outside, and jumped onto the roof of a house with ease, and realized I was dreaming. I got so excited because this was my first time being lucid in YEARS. I knew I wanted to shoot a kameh-hame-ha, so I did. Then I jumped into the air and started flying, but for some reason I felt like I was running out of time. I let myself fall, because the falling sensation is one of my favorite things to do! And it felt amazing and so relaxing as I was just...falling.

I usually either don't remember my dreams, or I neglect recording them. But last night's dream was AMAZING!

I'm at school, and see a shooting star, which is cool. Then I realize it
Actually hit the ground near campus, so I decide to go search for it. Then, I notice shooting stars all over the sky. But they're huge, and landing all over campus! So people are running around everywhere screaming, trying not to get hit. It was actually kind of easy to dodge them! Well, I went into a ditch and hid in the pipe, cause there was concrete over it. Then a bunch of other people wanted in, so I had to keep scooting further back in the "tunnel".
Then, it was the next morning, and I realized the space rocks had crude drawings on them. They were messages from aliens!
Then government vans started showing up all over campus and covering the car-sized stones with tents. I regretted not getting a pic with my cell. Then, some bitchy government woman round up a bunch of us students and forced us to watch a cheesy PSA video about the importance of obeying your government. They were trying to keep this from getting out! They forced us to sign an oath of secrecy, saying we could be killed if we told anyone about the symbols. I was pondering how I could leak the information to the world; this was obviously HUGE!!
I noticed students, braver than me, sneaking under the tents to take pictures of the alien messages. And they weren't getting caught! I figured I'd stay out of trouble for now, but REALLY wanted to figure out a way to defy the system without risking my life.
That night, a couple of semi trucks full of college-age kids showed up and stormed the government tents! Some were beaten and arrested, and some made it to the tents and uncovered the space rock! I wanted to help. I wasn't afraid of police brutality, but rather obtaining a criminal record and screwing up my future. Then I though of MLK jr and if I'm not willing to be arrested life everyone else, then I'm a coward. I asked one of the guys what the penalty was; one said a year, another said life. I said screw it, went and took a picture of the alien runes, and ran off.
That's all I remember. It was cool as hell!

Bryce and I were in an underground, MASSIVE spider web, tangled in enormous tree roots. It wasn't just one spider, but HUNDREDS. I tried to find a way out that would offer the least number of spiders in the path because I didn't know if they were venomous. As I tried to walk/craw throgh the dirt, the webs got tighter, especially around my mouth/nose. Breathing became difficult for both of us. I found out that I could wiggle my fingers without the web closing tighter around them, so I wiggled my fingers around my mouth to clear away some webbing so I could breathe and talk, and I told Bryce to do the same. We started clawing through the webs and roots, ignoring the potntially venomous spiders; if they bit us we MIGHT die. If we stay, we WILL. We eventually clawed past the webs, and up through the dirt to the surface! We emerged at the top of Kami's Lookout! But King Kai was there, and told us it was our own faults we almost died. He said that we were on Kami's Lookout, but tried to keep going. However, Kami's Lookout was the edge of reality, and to try to push further only threw one underground with the spiders. Oh, and I was Piccollo while King Kai was explaining stuff to us....
