      Well what I do is RC for long periods of time, that way there is no need to worry about dream signs or whatever, and since you are aware of your body it is also easier to bring your conciousness to dreams.

    One dream tonight, came to be in a dark mysterious environment. Long story short, I was in a 'scary' environment in which I was just smiling like a goof ball sucking on a sucker lol nothing was phasing me I was in good mind in which I wasn't scared. anyways these two shadows pulled down my shorts and flew away. I woke up with my heart beating thinking demons just visited me lol I feel like that was like a last ditch dirty attempt by some spirits to scare me lol idk was just weird
