Biography:

As a child I had some nightmares. I had to run away from a strange danger. But it was no very severe, because I know a solution how to finish the dream. I let fall me down a flight of stairs and then I knew that the dream was finished. Maybe that were my first lucid dreams or just a lucid solution to end an akward dream.
I did a lot of different things in my life, so I lost an overview. Studying sociology, later information science. I have been a cabinet maker. As child I stuttered a lot, or even worse I didn't talk in difficult situations, therefore I was an avoidance person. With 25 I started with mediation, that has changed my life and has helped me a lot. So I still do it. I have worked in the IT-business until an early retirement. I nursed my father when he was very sick until he died. In the middle of the night he woke me up and told me from mysterious experiences. For me there have been dreams, for him these have been real. I did a lot of vipassana meditation retreats, the last one in Nepal for nine weeks. I live together with a woman since more the 22 years and so I have indirectly three adult children and two grandsons.
