    Biography:
    I got into lucid dreaming when I was 15 after reading about it in a side note in Allan Hobsons A very short introduction to dreaming. At the time I was interested mainly in the physiology of sleep and dreaming but after discovering Dreamviews I started lucid dreaming.
    I have done this on/off since then. Now my goal is to make dream journaling and thinking about dreams a more natural part of my everyday and get back into shape so I can start improving again.
