Ar 12/01/2015 I went to bed a little later due to work at around 1 am. I woke up around 3 to go to the bathroom and took 1 pill of Lucidimine. I did not take any 5htp during this night.

Close to the morning hours i was tossing and turning and then I saw myself back in my childhood place in Russia near the forest, the road and an old green dumpster that was in place. I began to run towards the forest and follow the old path I used to take when I was playing there in real life from 1997-2001. I then began to go down the hill though the trees and so a dead dog lying the same one that I saw back in spring of 2001 before I lived in USA. I wondered why the dog is there even though so many years have gone by. I continued on the path towards the roadway as I met my great grandmother who passed on in 2009 and she told me to follow her though the fields towards the lake. I remember telling her as we were flying though the trees and different landscapes that this was not the right way but somehow the dream was changing and i realized that she is still going though the right direction.

The dream moved quickly and i noticed on my right that the old lake that was there in real life had blue water and it looked more pure with a small hin of mist coming out of it. I felt very positive in the dream that my great grandmother was near by and that we went to the old places that I visited before in real life.

On this night I went to bed earlier at 11 pm and took 100 mg of 5htp to relax. After doing a WBTB method I again slowly drifted to sleep and found myself inside a large jumbo jet. I noticed I was sitting on the left side near the wing and the weather was sunny as again i noticed white puffy clouds below me. In the dream again i understood that we were flying over 30,000 feet in the air and that why the clouds appeared like they did.

As I kept looking out of the window I noticed our plane began to abruptly go down as everything kept going pitch black and then i was back in my seat and flying normal. Then again the plane turned violently from right to the left and we began to go down. I noticed that that the clouds were getting closer and I knew that it would take sometime before the lane would hit the ground. The lane was falling consistently now but for some reason I did not feel any fear. In a few moments the whole lane was now below the clouds and I could see ripples of the ocean. Suddenly i knew that we were bracing for impact as the plane turned to the right abruptly just before hitting the garage and just stopped.

My dream then changed as I was looking for a woman in an orange uniform because i seemed lost after the plane just "stopped" One of the crew members in the airport gave me a peace of paper with various descriptions which i did not understand and told me to look for that woman. I remember going into a line of people and patiently waiting.

The following night I will not use 5htp and will use Lucidimine once again.

On 11/27/2015 I drank a whole bottle of new Amsterdam during the day and took 100 mg of 5 HTP before bed at 1 am. I had a very profound and interesting dream today.

At first I dreamed of flying towards a large super cell storm which had red color about it in a few places. In a dream a voice told me that the cloud had devils inside it or something like that. The dream changed and I was on the beach alone. Behind me were summer homes (dachas in Russian/Ukranian) it was weird because it looked like an American beach and behind me were Russian houses and plants. Another voice told me to shoot 3 times inside the storm to create a large wave in order to ride on it to another side of town. I remember again in the dream I was on the beach with a handgun pointing not just towards a storm cloud but a monster tornado in the ocean I shot 3 times as the tornado opened up and crated a massive wave that looked like it was about 100 ft in the air i remember i ran away from it and timed it perfecly and ended up in a different side of the town. I then went back to the beach and began to ride huge massive waves that I crated so I was not afraid despite them being really black and huge.

I also at some point in time looked to my left on the beach and noticed the tornado inside the water moved far away now but it was still creating massive weights for me which i kept riding and had fun with.

The dream was over and it almost seemed like really life in a few days I will use galantamine again at lower doses.

On 11/25/2015 I went to bed around 00:35 at night and took 100 mg 5HTP before bed. Before waking up at 0430 am to go to the rest room I had broken but some memorable dreams. I was walking myself on the street which appeared to be from my former country in which I lived (Russia) as I walked beside the door I could see various families though the wall but did not dare to come in. I then walked in to one of the apartment buildings and saw my best friend inside his room, he was hostile a little and didn't understand why I showed up. The dream then changed and I ended up on the lawn of the house I used to live on. My best friend was looking out of the 2nd floor of the window. I then woke up.

I went to the rest room and took 2 pills of Lucidimine which would equal 12 mg Galantamine 100 mg alpha GPC, 100 mg CDP choline and 200 mg of choline bitartrate and 400 mg of l theanine. To no surprise I could not go back to sleep for a while and I felt like doing things I felt very stimulated and anxious.

at 0700 in the morning I finally began to dose off and felt like flying though Dubai which im not sure why maybe some of my repressed childhood memories from 1995. Then the dream changed and I saw myself standing in the pink room with pink walls. Something old me that I am in my dream and I looked at the palms of my hands (one of my dream signs) and I instantly became lucid and knew I was dreaming. I opened the door to the second room which was also pink and had a few small white castles near the wall (in that moment I knew why I was dreaming that..in about two months my wife and I will have our baby girl). I then moved to the next door and wanted to see my wife, she instantly appeared as we got very intimate before the dream ended.

The dream did not last long but it was very lucid and realistic I will tune down the dose of Lucidimine next time to one pill again.

On this particular night I again did a WBTB method and had a dream that I was in a classroom and was speaking to a fellow student who was hazy. Once the class was over that person told me that they liked the class better a few years back and that it is not as fun any more. For some reason in my mind I thought of 2011. As I walked though the hallway I noticed a girl that I talk to at work in waking life. At first I said "hi: and then we awkwardly hugged. I remember walking away thinking why did I do that since both of us are married and felt guilty for doing that. I woke up and understood that it was just a dream.
