    1. thanks for your suggestoin i will be sure to check it out!!!
    2. Hey, sorry this response is really late, my computer crashed a while ago and I lost all the tabs I had open, so I forgot what all I had to respond to still. >w< I don't like having to depend on supplements either, but I've finally gotten good enough at getting lucid that I know I can easily do it alone, so I don't mind using them now. Right now I'm trying a stack of dopamine-promoting pills; currently I'm at melatonin, zinc, choline, and vitamin B6, and I think I'm going to be adding at least niacin, vitamin B9, and vitamin C tonight. Last night was pretty successful, my dreams were so trippy. If I was to give any suggestions, I would probably just start out with those basics. Melatonin is definitely a favorite since it improves the quality of sleep and increases dreams in one of the most general ways possible, by inhibiting REM early in the night so the brain makes up for lost time by increasing it later on.
    3. actually i don't i am not that adept at lucid dreaming yet and don't see much benifit for it at this point. I want to use supplements as an enhancer rather than somthing i depend upon to have lucid dreams. still i am open to any suggestions
    4. Aw, thank you! And yeah, I've just kind of dived into this. I'm a bit of an experimentalist at heart, so I'm enjoying myself. Do you normally use any dream supplements?
    5. your welcome! and not to much i just really like the experiment you are conducting and thikn it is cool you have dedicated so much effort to it. Also i read ur "about me" and think you got an awesome out look on things.
