Funny, I can see something like that happening in a dream too. I've had weird dreams where my dog has been duplicated and I'm freaking out because I can't tell which one is the right one. lol.

Yes it does. There has been many nights when I was drinking and playing video games and drank too much and was seeing double too badly to play. So I would close one eye so I could see straight enough...

Sleep by android is a nice app. Tracks your sleep cycle based on your movements and draws a graph. Also has kind of lucid dreaming mode but I can't vouch for it. Works pretty well. They also have a...

I thought I had an account on here before, but all the usernames I think I would have used weren't found, and I guess the email wasn't used either. Guess I need to keep track of which forums I sign...

Greetings! I've been lurking here for a couple of weeks now and recently decided to join "for real" to keep me consistently motivated to develop my lucid dreaming abilities. I have fairly good dream...

How long? I don't remember exactly, sometimes it takes a while to build them up and it's different for everyone. I've always been someone that has to work hard at it. Though as mentioned it does get...

Great point! Do you know of any effective ways to do that? Maybe some kind of sleep monitor that records your brain waves or eye motions?

I'm getting close to 50. Hit 48 June 1st. Nice thing about dreaming reality is age is irrelevant in our dreams. Though the practice might take more work than when younger depending on the person...

:):):) I have had some great flights and a few very cool interactions with dream characters. I admit that I do like it when something triggers the transition from lucid observer to flight. I also...

My tip doesn't look what other dreamer is doing or how many dreams have because it will cause you to fail. For me, a failure of becoming or staying lucid is a learning curve.
