Biography:

As a young child in the 3rd grade, I witnessed my teacher get killed in a car crash. I was in clinical shock, and suffered nightmares beyond any ever seen in a movie. It was at that early age in a sleep clinic the therapist taught me to demand a gift from who or what ever was chasing me, and the advantage began.
Just getting back again after a few years on not practicing, keeping journals, and reality checks, and it seems now that I am older it is much harder. The iphone has been a real big help, got a few ld apps, and my lock screen I put a note that says "am I dreaming" so every time I turn on my phone, (all day long) it's there.
