I have these three dreams at least once every night. Help? Please?

Hiya there, everyone! I'm a newbie here so I'm not quite sure as to whether I should've introduced myself somewhere else first, I just saw the Nightmares and Recurring dreams thread and came straight over, 'cause these three dreams I've been having have got me stumped, confused, annoyed and sleep deprived. :?

I'll try to give as much detail as I can.

DREAM ONE: I'm in the kitchen of someone's house, standing behind one of the chairs. There's someone sitting in one of the other chairs but I'm not too sure who it is. There's someone else standing opposite me holding a car key as a weapon. Now, the person holding the car key is someone I work with. I don't feel threatened by her, at all, in real life, but in this dream she starts to chase me around the house to kill me. The person sitting in the chair doesn't say anything or move at all. The distance between us never changes and the dream finishes as soon as I open the back door.

DREAM TWO: *I broke up with my first boyfriend over 3 years ago, he was abusive. In this dream we're not dating. My second boyfriend and I broke up just over a month ago to get our heads sorted with what we want/need to do, we're still very good friends though. We're not dating in this dream either.*
I'm standing around the living room of someone's house where we're all getting ready to leave to drive to a holiday house. As we're all standing around, I text my first boyfriend to see whether or not he's coming with us. The message back says "I walked home in a drunken stupor, you hurt me." *From here, the dream skips forward to my friends and I at the holiday house.* I'm standing in the bathroom of this house talking on a phone. My first boyfriend comes and leans on the door frame, I turn around and hold my finger up as if to say "Just hang on a minute." As soon as I turn around, he runs up behind me, grabs my arms and pins them to my chest. I start to scream as he starts to undo both our belts, he then pulls both our pants down and rapes me. Not a minute later, My second boyfriend and his best friend coming crashing through the door and pull my first boyfriend off of me and beat him into a pulp. My second boyfriend then gets up and walks over to me. He puts his hands on my shoulders, looks me in the eye and asks me if I'm okay. In between my sobs I start to say thank you, but he ends up pushing me against the door and kisses me. I kiss him back. One of our mutual friends comes up to us and asks us if we were dating again and he replies with a "Yes!" and we go back to kissing. That's where that dream ends.

DREAM THREE: I'm standing in my kitchen at the bench waiting for the kettle to boil and I get a message from my second boyfriend. It says "It's time for you to move on, It'll be a long while before me and Nessy Boo get together, but she's the one I want."
The dream ends as soon as I finish reading the message.
I don't know who Nessy Boo is referring to, I don't know any one with that name or nickname, but I do know that it's out of the last book of the Twilight series which both my recent ex boyfriend and I have both read.

It'd mean so much if someone, anyone, could shed some possible light onto these dreams of mine, hopefully once I understand them, figure what they're trying to "tell me" they might stop, or at least I can work towards stopping them. :)
