recurring dream, i know why, but don't know how to stop it?help, plese? (long post please read)

So I've been having this dream since June 12th, its now July 2nd & in my dream I see my sister (the settings of the dreams vary) and I go up to her she'll either try to hide or she'll talk to me all friendly & then I ask her why she did wat she did and she wont answer, si I keep saying "why? Why?!" And she'll mumble something that I don't kno wat she's saying then I just start screaming out "why?!! Why!!" And never an answer. I'm having this dream because june 12th my sister, her boyfriend, their baby moved out but they were mad at my mom so they trashed our house, but when we got there (my mom, other sister her bf & I) they were gone.. and we don't know where they moved to, she doesn't answer any of my calls or texts, blocked me on Facebook.. so I can't reach her, and I'm sure if I just got an answer from her, the dream would stop. But that's not going to happen, so how can I stop this dream, knowing I wont get an answer? Thanks soo much to those who answer! I appreciate all advice!

The best thing you can do is accept their absence. It won't make life any easier but it may allow you to get rid of this dream.

Keep in mind your sister made her own choice to move out. She has a mind of her own and clearly is old enough to know what she wants for her body. If they left under horrible circumstances it was their choice.

Perhaps one day, when time has reduced the wound a little, she may make contact with you again. When that happens you can either embrace her and see her as family or treat her as a betrayer and allow the feud to continue.

Either way...realize she made this choice on her own. With that knowledge the dreams should stop.

Thanks.. but it just makes me so upset & I feel like I just need to hear from her wat kind of excuse she'll say for disrespecting me & my family.. and I'm not confrontational at all, so all I want is an answer & I guess your right, I just have to let it go. Thanks again so much
