Very confusing dream

So I dreamed that I was dreaming. In the dream inside the dream, I saw myself sleeping from like another person's view and a demon was standing next to my bed holding a knife and said "I will cut you". Then I woke up in the dream and texted the girl I like and told her about it but she didn't respond. Then the dream inside the dream ended and I forgot the rest of the dream. I woke up this morning and my back was burning as if I had a scratch or something but there was nothing there.
