      Recurring creepy white dream

I've had this dream MANY times over the years since I was really young. It's so vivid, and I remember it really well everytime. Also, it doesn't sound scary when I describe it, but while I'm having the dream it's completely terrifying. There are usually slight variations everytime I have it, but it's always pretty much the same. I'm going to describe the version I remember most clearly.

Okay so it starts out where everything is completely white and completely silent. There is absolutely nothing. After a short while a miniscule black dot appears in the center of everything and it just sits there motionless. Suddenly, the tiny black dot is replaced my a giant one that almost fills my whole view. The large dot also just stays motionless until the silence is broken is a huge explosion of red. It is an almost deafening sound of yelling and an explosion. Everything then turns white and silent again like in the beginning. A little gray mouse appears, then it is replaced with a great gold lion. The lion begins chasing the mouse until neither can be seen anymore. Everything turns red and really loud again like the last time. After this point the dream turns really unclear and fuzzy. It mostly just includes shapes/animals starting out really tiny then becoming incredibly large before exploding red. The only identifiable item that I can name is a little pin that expands into a large needle. The dream just ends in one more red explosion that is a littler longer and louder than the rest.

My heart is pounding just being reminded of this dream. I don't know why it scares me so much.

I only posted it on here because it sounds like it would have some deeper meaning, especially because it is recurring.

      Any ideas? thanks

I heard that drawing recurring nightmares can sometimes put the fear to rest as they take form.

As for interpretation, I have no fucking clue.

That is a very good idea -- paint or draw the images in your dream, it will make you feel better and the dreams will probably change.
