Huge dice and needle chasing me. What does this mean?

I used to have reoccurring dreams being chase by a huge dice and needle chasing me. I not only have scary dreams I have odd ones as well. What does this dream mean? Thanks

Hmm.. I don't know if the dice means anything but I used to be afraid of needles. Did not like getting shots at the doctors. That's as much as I can remember.
