Recurring school dream

I have been having constant reminders of school in my dreams, most of them dealing with being transferred to another school which did happen a year ago. My dreams always have at least two friends from my old school there with me but I'm still sad throughout the dream(s) at times because I don't feel like I should be at that school. Sometimes I visit the same place in the school in multiple separated dreams, and or talk to friends who I had before, and sometimes I have two school scenarios in a roll which I have written both of them down in a Journal sort of thing.

At one point the schools cafeteria almost looked exactly the same as the dream I had about 2 days before. It didn't really bother/freak me out because it was a neutral sort of positive dream. But it was a bit more detailed then some of my other dreams. I can remember the paint color, number of tables, where I sat, and who was sitting with me. I also remember feeling the same way I feel today about a friend that sat across the table from me.

Sadly enough, I have great problems with remembering dreams (at one point of time I went months without remembering anything or even telling myself I wasn't dreaming at all) so I don't remember some of the ones I did not write down.

I would just like to ask if anyone has experienced this, and what it specifically means for me or anybody else who also has experienced such dreams.

I have school dreams occasionally, only when in stressed about school though. The dreams usually go that I am in school, but I don't stay in any of the classes and instead roam the halls finding better stuff to do.

One interpretation I have of it is that allot of things in school are completely useless, but there still are some things that are worth sticking around for, which is why I stay in the school even though I am not in class.
