tonight was the first time in a while I've had a nightmare.. maybe I don't understand them enough to know why I had it. nothing is wrong in my life right now. to make things stranger, the nightmare I had, didn't even involve me. it's literally like I was watching a movie. I felt what the main characters were I just couldn't control the outcome. is this normal.. if so, does it mean anything? has anyone else experienced this?
