I'm a little terrified

I've been having recurring nightmares about this creature. It looks like a person, but walks on all fours and has a much longer torso and shorter legs. Its arms are bent and I have no idea how it is as fast as it is. It has long black hair , carries a camo backpack, and leads a pack of dogs.
The first dream about it that I had went like this:
My dad told me to put the trash out, and when I did there was the creature. I backed away into the woods and was forced to jump off a bridge to outrun it.

the second one was me, in my house. The creature was banging on the windows and trying to get in.

The problem with my reccuring dreams is that they usually come true.

And my dad just asked me to take out the trash.
