This happens a lot.
I have never had a nightmare or night terror, however almost ever dream I have could be considered one by other people. What im trying to say is in most of my dreams im in a scape from like a horror movie. I recently had a dream where I was surronded by about 10 people with knives and guns and like dangerous objects. Also a lot of these dreams are zombie dreams and if you have ever seen the grudge, creatures like that. In these dreams I know im dreaming and im never scared, and I can wake up anytime I want. But my problem is that I can never seem to take controll of the dream.
If any one has any advice on how to take complete controll on the dream , im all ears
Thnx

It must take a lot to scare you! It's funny how what would be considered a nightmare to one person, may seem normal to the next.
As far as control goes, I have trouble actually willing stuff to happen or change, so I use a magic wand. I know it sounds silly, but I think it's easier for me to think of the wand doing the controlling and not me, since it's an extension of myself. Does that make any sense? I dunno, it's worth a shot, I guess!

I dont think I fully understand what you are saying. Soo in my dreams I should get a wand to do the controllying? I think I know what you mean.

Yeah, just pull out your wand, and have it do the controlling. You can do anything you can imagine with a wand.
You know, there was a thread about this - that's where I got the idea from. Maybe it's explained better there... let me see if I can find it...
EDIT: Here it is: http://www.dreamviews.com/forum/inde...howtopic=35562. Does this make any more sense?

What Burns meant with the wand, was that some people, like herself, use objects to help them control their dreams. Some relate certain things in their dreams, to what they experiance in the waking world or in movies. For example, some people have trouble willing themselves to fly. So they use certain a certain pose or posture, like a Superman Pose, to get into the air.

Like the wand idea, maybe some kind of 'physical' object would be more effective than just thoughts. It will just give you extra reassurance.
