tyrannosaurus rex!
Like most children my age I loved "Jurassic Park" growing up. The books and the movies. I wanted to be a paleontologist. I drew dinosaurs, I learned how to pronouce their names.
And then I had the T-Rex nightmare. Again. And again. I can obliterate any massive nightmarish entity with a laugh and my own two hands (excluding tornadoes, but I believe there's already a rather long post on that subject) but the T-Rex (or carnatosaur, depending on the occasion) that pursues me is resistant. Hell, I just had one recently where the damn thing swam across a lake to try and eat me.
I did stop a ploy by a minor DC who "summoned" a T-Rex by turning it into one of those inflatable dinosaurs you win at a carnival, but so far it's me:1 and T-Rex: (insert impossibly large number here).
Anyone have any similar experiences and/or anti-dinosaur tactics they'd like to share?

Gao!
I'm thinking just go into a small opening or something to escape. Or better yet, dream up your own pet T-Rex and have a Tyrannosaurs battle.
Really though, I've never had that problem. I don't think I've had a nightmare for a good 3-4 years. Best of luck to you.

OMG! lol i had T-Rex dreams for years! it was always chasing me but eventually it became so usual for it to be there {in my dreams} that i somehow had alarms that would go off {in the dream} telling me when a T-Rex had been spotted in the area so i could escape lol so wired
i think what helped me {seeing as i was no lucid dreamer!} was the knowledge that if i stood still it couldn't see me. this helped me a few times when in a tricky spot, well that was untill i had the drea which involved raptors! no escape!
