recurring WILDS with my shadow...

so this has been on going for at least a year or 2 now.

every few months i will have a wild, where i either am frozen in my bed, or i float around my room.

after this this shadow figure appears on my wall. his location and form changes. i always get this sharp pressure feeling on my chest. location of one of the "chakras".

so i found carl jung and read about shadow psychology.

i think this shadow is a repressed part of myself. i try to ask it "what it wants of me, or what is it trying to teach me" and think about that before i fall asleep in order to have a dream about my shadow.

so far its not working.

if you have ever seen the anime bleach i think its like this. as in the hollow Ichigo.

any ideas as to what this is?
