Sort of Recurring Nightmares

About 5-6 months ago I went through a stage where I would have nightmares every night, and would wake up screaming and running out of my room during/after every single one, they were so vivid that some nights I would stand outside of my room freaking out because I thought it had all really happened. I remember the worst one I had, I woke up screaming f&%k f&%k f&%k!!! and stomping my sleeping bag into the floor of my room, my eyes were wide open and i was terrified and shaking with adrenaline.

In the dream I can't remember exactly why I was doing this but I remember it had something to do with spiders, lots and lots of spiders and something else.

At around the time of these dreams I was really stressed and going through the final stages of my relationship with my ex-girlfriend. After we broke up I became happier in my life and all the nightmares stopped. I still get the occasional crazy nightmare like this but not too often anymore.
