When was your last nightmare? Mine was about a year ago, don't really have many nightmares.
Almost a year ago, but not quite. One before that? Over 4 years~
So yeah, one nightmare in the last 5 years seems like a good trait :D
My last one was about a week ago. But before that I didn't have any for more than a year.
Roughly a week ago.
I had one few days a go, so I selected a "week".
It wasn't as bad as one I had a few months a go though, which was awful. I didn't write it down deliberately (which is bad of me really since I should probably be writing them all down), so I'd forget it, but I still remember it as if I dreamt it last night. I don't normally get them that scary.
You should have an option in that poll for "I don't remember", 'cause I honestly really don't. At least not if you go by my definition of a nightmare, that is.
I had my last nightmares a few days ago. I have a lot of nightmares and sometimes it´s really a plague, but they´re also interesting and make me creative. So I´m trying to learn with them instead of trying to make them go away.
heh, weird how i saw this thread today. i had a nightmare yesterday. :? you guys know how i am with nightmares though... so i skew the results....
My last nightmare was so long ago I can't even remember anymore. Must be atleast 6 years.
I think my last nightmare was about 3 years ago. reoccurring nightmare with green lights and vibrations. but thats it. I think I haven't had a real nightmare since I lived in a room with a door to the attic... just thinking about it is getting me exited!
I miss my crazy dreams...
I haven't had a nightmare in years, I normally don't remember them I just wake up suddenly panting in a cold sweat.
i dont relly have nightmares anymore i just wake up freaked out by the dream and wake up scared but in the morning im like that was nothing.. one of my most recent "nightmares" i woke up crying pretty hard and in the morning i was like why was i crying that was nothing..lol
I had a nightmare just a few days ago. It was one of the longest, most detailed dreams I've had all week. (Of course, because my brain would REALLY rather linger on the details of seeing my boyfriend chopped in half with a chainsaw than on that midnight swim I had in the phosphorescent ocean I dreamed about the other night!)
I wrote about it on my blog here:
http://www.luciddreamgirl.com/2009/0...re-a-chainsaw/
(Sorry, I'm feeling lazy and don't feel like writing it all over again here.)
Well it was like the shining but with a roided old man instead of Jack Nicholson and a crappier hotel..and basically i was running away from him while he trashed every room in his way...
I must say I never had really frightening nightmare...most of my "nightmare" are because I nearly die because of a gun/fall/fight but never with stranges creatures. I remember having a kind of nightmare but again I wasn't really scared, I got really surprised by a kind of zombie thing. This dream was really epic though. I was on a horse in a dark wood and there was this little house shack with some smog, like in medieval movies.
I haven't had a nightmare in a while, but I guess living alone for the first time can make you have some crazy thoughts. I normally go to work really early, so in my dream that was what I was doing. I live on the second floor with my door facing my neighbors, we share a stairwell with walls on both sides. In my dream, there was a tall and muscular white male with long blond hair down his shoulders who was half way up the stairs, but walking slowly towards me. I ran back inside as fast as I could, but for some reason he got to the door before I could close it. I couldn't see him, but I knew he was inside as I felt his hands around my throat and he was trying to kill me. I couldn't breathe and was trying to break free and all of a sudden he was gone, the pressure was gone and I ran to the neighbors apartment which turned out to be my mom's (that was weird too). I woke up at 4:15 AM and couldn't go back to sleep for the rest of the morning.
I hardly ever have nightmares; if I do end up having one, it's more of a metaphorical one, if that makes sense.
Last one was a couple of days ago. Before that, none for about 4 years.
Oh my God.
My last nightmare took place in my yard, but everything was all rusty and the plants were all overgrown. It also had a reddish tinge to it. I was just there, I couldn't move to wake myself up, and there was a devil creature sitting in from of me, his knees touching mine, (We were both sitting down) and he kept leaning over and cutting my face with a jagged stone. It was horrifying.
I had one a couple of days ago and it triggered my recent lucid dream too. sadly it was just for staying calm and didnīt last too much.
I'm missing the option: More than a year ago.
I don't have nightmares. I can only recall one and that's about 7 years ago.
