Reoccuring Drug Experience

So, I have had a pretty bad experience with LSD where I got dosed and messed with, kinda brain fucked for a little while, and it caused me some post traumatic stress nonsense.

The issue is that when I dream for some reason, sometimes I'll go ahead and take drugs, and depending on the vividness, it can be like a full on LSD bad trip, which causes me to relive the experience, and gets me all caught up in my head.

I don't know if this is common or not with bad trips, I don't even do drugs anymore, I steer clear and have been for about a year now, anyone have any advice, or any past experiences like this? How'd you handle it? Lucidity would probably be great for this, but it's like rolling the dice until I hit that point.

Right before you go to sleep, as you lay in bed, visualize this: someone offers you acid, then you say, "no thanks," and do something else. The other thing can be anything. It has to be replaced with something though.

Another thing you might try is to relive the last dream you had in your head, but visualize having a good in-dream lsd trip.
