Worms and Drowning

I have had 2 separate dreams. The first night my 11mo baby jumped from a pier house into a rushing river and i had to jump in and save her...and i did...the next night i dreamed i was at the doctor getting a physical and the dr noticed i had some insect in my hair...he sprayed it off and some flying bugs fell to the floor...the he had to pull out what looked like larva or maggots from inside my skin/skull...they were pretty big and he put 2 in a glass container and one was trying to feed off the other...this one really freaked me out and its like i can feel them in my head. My wife seems to think it means bad health and death but....i don't know anyone know?
