Thread: Major stress in my life possibly caused this dream? Views?

Ok...I'll give you a bit of background information to see if anyone can help find the meaning this dream. I was going through a lot of stress; I was being harassed being called a pervert by some local lads (Bare in mind I'm eighteen and well, I don't exactly get up to much!) Anyway I was not eating, I wanted to kill these lads and I was generally just depressed. The dream goes as follows. (Please I can't stress this ENOUGH! I am not a racist person I'm just saying my dream as It happened)

Another dream I had I went out angry and killed a black man and wrapped his body in plastic sheeting and buried his body in a long cardboard box and buried him at the side of a country road. With that done I started running, I kept running still I got near a wooded area. I was panicking I saw car lights coming I hid in some bushes and crouched as the car passed by. I started breaking down and going crazy panicking, I needed to get rid of the murder weapon, a steel bar. I carried on my life as normal as I could And still panicking every time I saw a cop car I thought "FUCK THEY KNOW ITS ME!" Eventually I stole a van and dug the body up, at that point it was starting to decompose the stench just filled the air as I tried not to vomit and kept trying to load the body into the van I filled the hole and drove off.

That's all I can remember. This dream caused me complete discomfort and I couldn't sleep properly as It freaked me out so much. It caused me paranoia and I couldn't think straight trying to get the reason behind it. So all help would be helpful?
