      accesing subconscious while awake

how can i access my subconscious during the day when i am awake , is it possible?
I see so deeply within myself.
Not needing my eyes, I can see everything clearly.
Why would I want to bother my eyes again
Now that I see the world through His eyes?

Pay attention to fleeting thoughts, and catch them before they flee. Sometimes I get some weird thoughts like that which I cannot explain.

Would intuition count as subconscious? What about when you were hypnotized? Or meditating? What about daydreaming?

During any typical day, you should stop what you are doing.
Take one large, deep breath in, and let it go.
Take a second deep breath, and let it out much slower.
As you are letting the second breath come out, open your eyes a little wider than you usually would, and look around.
Your third breath in should be long and slow, while looking around. This is when you will get, lets say, a different perspective on things.
Do not do this while driving, or any other situation that could cause an accident.

Yea it's possible. The key to intuition/subconscious is spacing out/zoning out. Essentially you want to pay attention to "nothingness" or "stare into space". Easiest way for me is to just look at the empty space between me and the physical world.

      Trust me on this one

A lot of people unconsciously do this when their mentally tired, but the power is in doing it consciously and voluntarily.

It's the key to the inner realm of consciousness

do you guys know how when we sleep we automatically stop repressing our subconscious so it get s a chance to come on the surface and how our dreams are usually consist of the many pieces that our subconscious gatters and collects from different issues and things that happens during our waking life , well what i am trying to do is to be able to bring my subconscious on the surface while i am awake because i believe that it could be a source of creativity and an opening to a new perspective for me in my every day life so thats what this post is all about , thank u to Majestic, tiredphil and joannaB for sharing your thoughts and information with me , please any one else if u know something that might help me share that here , thanksssssssss

There's a reason your unconscious is suppressed while awake. If you want to be more creative, practice creative things. It has a tendency to spill out while you're already putting in the effort.

Everything works out in the end, sometimes even badly.

This might sound a bit like lecturing, but here is what you should do.

      1. Cut out any meat or meat based products from your diet. Only for a fortnight.
      2. Cut down, or stop smoking for same period of time.
      3. Get yourself some Reishi mushroom suppliments.
      4. Practice quietening your mind for al least 10 mins, twice a day.
      5. Buy a water filter, and stick to fresh water for the same fortnight. No tea, coffee, or alcohol.
      6. Go to bed before 10.30pm every day.

If you have the will power to get through the fortnight, you will not need any outside source of inspiration.
There are a few other things you can add to the list, but most are common sense.

The path to an epiphany seems hard to find.
You only need to be shown how to take the first step, and the rest of the path will reveal its self.
It is up to you, weather to stay the journey or not

You already do. I'm not sure why people think that the subconscious is some other entity that exists alongside the waking you, always observing and knowing more than you. The subconscious is merely as the name suggests: thought processes, associations, etc., that take place in the mind at a level below (sub) conscious thought--meaning these things happen almost automatically and are below the conscious tier of thinking because otherwise the mind would likely get too cluttered with thought to properly function. If you think about it, autism or schizophrenia could possibly be the result of these otherwise sub-conscious thought processes.

Oh dude its really easy, just force yourself to the edge of death through fasting, and drugs... lots of drugs. Then live out the next few years carefully, planting a self-fulfilling prophecy into your head, that all culminates on a hard trip of shrooms while playing all the subliminal music you've been listening to for the past few years.
Pro-tip, it's hard to do yourself, so have a few family members help you
Pro-tip, I suggest a lot of alcohol to drown out the sorrows you will feel.

Few years later BAM your always in your subconscious!

How would any of that help? It would make you healthier, but it wouldn't affect your subconscious...

It's all interconnected body and mind health. When I started exercising regularly, it helped reduce my mental brain fog and helped fight depression. When I started lucid dreaming practice and increased self awareness, my physical health also improved. Mind and body health cannot be treated as separate issues.

Then do not bother trying it, and just go about your business.
Obviously, you have tried it, and it did not work.
      I must be wrong again.
