This may sound simplistic, but the more you contemplate, the more potential answers you can generate for this, which can be fun.
The state of being is noticed by many spiritual practitioners as a foundation for realizing more of one's personality or nature. But the word "be-ing" implies some sort of verb, some sort of doing. So I was wondering, is really possible to just be, without doing anything else, including noticing it? Is it really the purest state there is? At first glance, the act of being doesn't sound very thrilling, exciting, or fulfilling. But on the other hand, is there anything more fulfilling? To "be" to such an extent that there is no sense of needing to "do." What do you call it, ecstasy, maybe?
