In other words no matter where ever you look in the chaos, you will see a pattern . It is order. (Note the random pattern in this post, the pattern repeats to an almost perfect match.) Even what seems to be random, to us is an ordered pattern.

If you are interested in the butterfly effect I suggest you read "Sprout Mask Replica" by Robert Rankin. It rules.

The ability to find order in chaos does not imply that the order is inherent in that chaos.
The order exists in the logic we use to find that pattern. The more unusual the chaos, the more logic required to manufacture a logical algorithm and pattern that explains it.
Eg. The bible code. Look hard enough, and everything has 'secrets'.

I can look into the lottery and it's previous winning numbers and find some patterns. But nobody seems to be a millionaire from such a method yet. If it was possible, the lottery would be doomed.

Actually, chaos theory as a mathematical conception describes systems with a sensitive dependence on initial conditions. The weather is one such system. There is no corollary in chaos theory which states that every time a butterfly flaps its wings in Peking, it will rain in New York. In fact, if such were true, it would be proof against the weather being a chaotic system, since it would necessitate that the butterfly-rain causal chain be completely unaffected by initial conditions elsewhere in the world - the opposite of chaos.

How exactly did you go from butterflies and rain to proof of a divine creation?

There is envelopment of human thought which conceives that which it observes to be an attainable conclusion, of that which unattainable. The Butterfly flaps because it was created too.
