      My view on reality/consciousness/life

There are three basic "things" in this system: consciousness, reality and life. They may be seen as forces if you will.

Consciousness is basically the perceiver. We human beings confirm its existence by realizing the perceiver or, perceiving the perceiver. There is no such thing as "a thing". All is one. We only perceive things separately from each other because we are in some kind of error or, suffering from the consequences of "the split".

Reality or the apparent universe is basically the perceived, or "objects". Everything is indeed fractal. There is no limits to reality, unless the ones poised by our own ego/consciousness. Reality extends from infinite quantum worlds to infinite ultra gigantic spaces, in an ever-lasting and ever-moving resonating and fractal fashion. It is apparent because it changes in time. Laws of physics are not ever the same, but actually a result of the complexity of a given moment(at least in my opinion!).

Life is the movement possible by the early split and subsequent interaction between consciousness and reality. It is present in complexity. It needs both stability and movement to exist. In its pure form it is pure joy and harmony and in its unbalanced form it is death/collapsing of the interaction. It is most certainly related with spectrum, it moves within it. And it is also the definite crystallization of laws, pathways of habit, or successful connections in the system.

Our consciousness/reality interact or live according to laws that are related to patterns of resonance/interaction that create the medium which they are inserted at a given moment.
The laws of physics exist because of exact correlations patterns arisen from that interaction.
Like the atom with its layers of valence, also the ideal pair consciousness/reality operates similarly. In the core of it is all possibilities and I dare say it is indeed pure energy in form of a great void. Moving outwards into manifestation, greater and greater complexity arises in conformity with resonance, which is given by sets of laws in accordance to the complexity in place at any given moment.
Complexity is the quantity of inter-connections between agents of the whole system which make the system to be still coherent and able to exist. It is probably the source of good, true and beautiful. Certainly of novelty.
In the beginning of what we call the universe there is a radical split between consciousness and reality, thus complexity and specially succession of events in time becomes possible. This complexity and succession of events is the journey of consciousness through reality in search of the mystical union that is to take place at the end of time. We call it life.
Consciousness is the most free agent in any system. It is supposed to have the power to do anything it wills with reality. The only regulator of this potential is the life force, or the set of laws or the state of affairs of the given complexity in time.

I would appreciate if the beautiful minds of this forum should be instigated to criticize and/or add thoughts into this open system that is evidently far from any claims of "final truth" or even beginnings of it. I would also like to see what kinds of connections and links could be made taking any line of the system with different systems, may it be in the field of modern physics, esoteric cosmogonies or philosophies. This should be important to point me to further investigations into the fundamentals that constitute and make possible this great mystery that we call life. I would also like to add that I wrote this in maybe 1 hour or less after an overdose of green tea , so it is obviously nothing to be taken seriously but something that is fun to me and I hope to you too.

      Peace!

What I'm trying to convey is consciousness (pure, basic consciousness) is a single point rooted on some different dimension outside (or maybe embarking) space-time. It is some kind of particle with characteristics different but resembling those of a black hole. At the same time though, some part of consciousness permeates the material universe, making it possible to be perceived by itself(consciousness).

Is consciousness instead just an outcome of chemical reactions like science tends to say? It seems counter-intuitive to think this way because consciousness is completely outside the order of matter and the logic of simple mechanical and automatic reactions and interactions.

What consciousness seem to do is to interact with the Other(another consciousness), with objects, with whatever is in its reach, or field of resonance.

What reality(objects, physio-chemical world) seems to do is to interact with itself in perpetual motion, creating all kinds of complexity by chance.

Life is thus the bringing about of the possibilities within the void of consciousness.

I am aware that maybe there is a big mistake in trying to specify and differentiate these basic, intrinsically tied together things such as life, consciousness and reality. The reason to do so is to try to solve the problem of unifying the spiritual and the scientific knowledge.

Is consciousness the result of complex interactions of matter? Or is matter a great interaction made by consciousness? Is it both?

      Cheers!

Wow pfcalles I just really like your way of thinking. Your idea about
Laws of physics are not ever the same, but actually a result of the complexity of a given moment(at least in my opinion!).
was a pretty interesting thought. I would not argue aginst your opinion about that. But merely give that some thought's myself.

I also hope for the spiritual and science to unify one day.. Then there might be a good chance to change alot of things to the better so to speak.

Is consciousness the result of complex interactions of matter? Or is matter a great interaction made by consciousness? Is it both?
I would say both. Because there need to be some consciousness to make a interaction at all?

Thank you for your attention DreamyBear. Is good to see resonating minds responding. Your sentence was food for thought.

      Here it goes:
Another implication. From the line: What reality(objects, physio-chemical world) seems to do is to interact with itself in perpetual motion, creating all kinds of complexity by chance.

So, reality also is alive, since life is movement. Reality is thus a kind of life. The difference between the movement of matter and consciousness is that consciousness is separate from matter, residing in the gap between matter and its movement. Also we can grasp that the role of consciousness in the system is to improve the way matter moves within it to create more complexity and beauty. That explains the role of humanity in the cosmos. Somehow consciousness came into the system or rather got from material life into biological life. I believe that when the first human perceived that it perceived consciousness shifted from being all embarking in the universe to becoming a single separate unit. It has divided itself to inhabit a new body. Much freer and able to evolve fast.

The next question is: is there a next step in the evolution: material life > conscious life ? If so, what is that?

      Cheers!

Well thank you for bringing up such a interesting topic Pfcalles! And your latest post really got me thinking aswell, so let's see here.

What reality(objects, physio-chemical world) seems to do is to interact with itself in perpetual motion, creating all kinds of complexity by chance.
As you said in your first post nothing is really seperate stuff, because everything is really linked to eachother. So the universe is basically made of different interactive pattern that makes an effect on other patterns in different ways.

To simplify the universe in the way I see it. Then the universe will work in a way like the colors black and white. They are eachothers opposites but still the same. Black would not be black without the white, and the white would not be white without the black. So one can say that they are one, but at the same time separate. So if the whole universe is consciousness witch I think it is, because it can make patterns of itself. Then that will imply that to make a pattern, there needs to be a conscious force. Or else we couldn't figure out how materia works at all, since it would be changing the way it is interacting with other materia from time to time.

So I see materia or non-materia/space, more as something coming out of consciosness, and becoming materialized consciousness itself.

So maybe there is just consciousness in different levels? Or maybe forces that we even cant grasp that would even go beyond consciousness itself?

      Cherrs!

That is exactly the implication DreamyBear. Consciousness as we experience it in our current human form and in the universe as it is now is a level of consciousness. Our body is the best biological cradle for consciousness to develop that has evolved on Earth. All other animals are failures of consciousness to achieve self conscious consciousness, although they present their peculiar astounding intelligences they still are automatic inorganic-like consciousnesses(instinctive), or proto self-awareness. So, pure consciousness is ultimately ability to create new and better patterns through the features of itself like memory, self awareness, intelligence, coherence of information and all mind tools we present that animals and plants don't. The way consciousness can act on this reality is through a life.

Another thought that comes to me now is that of the the movement of consciousness through time/evolution. It seems to be going from the general/spread-all-through-matter to the middle-sized biological life(ourselves) moving into the quantum realms.

      See ya!
