political correctness as a tool of supressing dissension of current injustices

This is my sociological observation, in which I expose a clear agenda.

Do you notice how you have to tread on eggshells cause everyone gets puffed up if you say something that is actually correct. Like 'I don't agree with gay marriage', or, 'no I don't think abortion is ok'. or 'I don't agree with feminism'. Litrally all the right things are the very thing that is out of bounds. If something is true, you can bet it's out of bounds.

Examples:

Gender roles: "sexist! not for equality"
premarital sex and fornication: "judgmental slut shamer!"
Traditional marriage and family: "bigot opressor of free love"

ummmm
pro life: "it's her body women hater!"
No swearing: "its more *&^^ *YYY honest"
Fair money and trade: "conspiracy theorist!"
Law and order: "fascist!"

litrally everything to fix society is seen as bad. It's almost as if society and it's paradigm of thought, is dictated by a lying son of a bitch satanic ruler who hides himself as a do gooder while opposing everything that is truly good....

I know for a fact there is tones on this forum that have the exact views I just said that opposes those things. And I feel this is part of the brainwashing scam that is a political agenda for control of people. Start listening to me and I bet I would get in trouble.

The reason why people get puffed up by those statements isn't because they are not factual. They are not claiming that you do in fact agree with gay marriage for example, they are simply pissed off at your opinion on something that does not effect you personally. Your right to free speech is just that, a right to express your opinion without legal persecution. It does not emancipate you from public ridicule and slander. After all, others have the right to their opinion too which in the case you have given above is that your opinion is immoral just as your opinion is that gay marriage is immoral.

Also, your last two paragraphs in particular lead me to suspect that you need to work on a few issues before having valuable sociological observations to share. Just my opinion.

I don't like political correctness as much as the next guy because it really does nothing but perpetuate the very biases and bigotries it tries to obscure by legitimizing their existence and allowing them to control our actions or choice of words. That being said, your reaction to others' reactions seems more to be the problem here than political correctness. If the person disagrees with you or finds you to be a bigot, so what? What does that change about you or your beliefs? If you are confident in your beliefs, what others have to say about it shouldn't be an issue for you, especially if they disagree. To you, they are the "bigot" or what have you, so you mutually agree to disagree. There's nothing either of you can do about it beyond that, so life goes on.

You don't agree with gay marriage? Well they don't agree with you.

Actually, people will throw shit at you whatever statement you throw out there if it is even the slightest bit unusual. Don't trick yourself into thinking that your specific beliefs are specifically targetted by taboo to oppress you. If you started saying "I agree with gay marriage" you'd just get shit thrown at you from a different direction. If you said "I agree with beastiality" you would be 'out of bounds', does that make that mean beastiality is one of those "all the right things"? If you said "Hitler did nothing wrong", you would be 'out of bounds', same thing applies again.
If you said women should be allowed to vote - but in a different age - you'd also be out of bounds.

Sometimes, controversial views reflect the truth. Sometimes they're just dumb. You can't use the fact that they are controversial to argue that they must then be true - they could also just be stupid.

I agree though, I guess. People should be able to calmly consider any statement and not get fired up. It's stupid to have taboos because sometimes it makes us use dated and stupid standards and nobody can tear it down because it's so controversial. Maybe your statements are like that, or maybe they're just stupid. Who knows! You'll have to explore the thoughts deeper yourself, and be better at arguing your points to others before we'll find out.
